The Spanish Institute ( Cervantes) will start a course of Latin dance in Fez. As from Saturday the 13th of October there will be classes in Salsa, Merengue and Cumbia – divided into sessions for children ( 9.- 10.30 a.m.) and adults (10 a.m. -12). 8 sessions cost 400 dh.
The Spanish institute is situated in the ville nouvelle at 5, Rue Douiat.

Thursday the 28th of April see the opening of Omar Lula’s exhibition of Graffiti at the Institute Cervantes. Omar has been based inFez for the last few years and challenges himself to survive in the holy city as a graffiti artist. Originally from the once Graffiti friendly Barcelona, Omar spends most of his time here in Fez, and city where spray paints and graphic pens, walls of fame and fellow graffitiers are hard to come by.

If you are a fan of true hearty live performances then this festival is for you. Presented to you by the Instituto Cervantes is the first flamenco festival in Morocco. Monday the 4th of April hosts a conference titled the Origin and Evolution of Flamenco and the week of performances will commence on the 5th of April, finishing on Saturday the 9th.
Do you often wonder what to do with yourself on a week night in Fez? Look no further, zealous guitar repertoires, hot polka dot dresses and heart wrenching lyrics will make you clap and stamp your feet all the way home. All concerts will be held at the Cultural Complex Al Houriya, Ave Palestine. Fez.V.N. and promise to fill seats with buts. The program is as follows.
