Mustafa Chafik, arts practitioner and fine arts professor in Casablanca has exhibited extensively since 1994.  His works include painting, installation and video. Chafik is known for his circular paintings made using a painting aparatus based on a street-vending, candy floss machine. This procedure invites the audience to enjoy the production process. The paintings are forms of vortices of biological clock or concentric circles such as mandalas.
