Description of residency program
For a month between mid-April and mid-May 2016, this artist residency offers up to 5 arts practitioners the chance to live and work in the heart of an old Moroccan medina. With a wide-ranging portfolio of arts projects and a broad range of local connections, Culture Vultures supports and assists artists and their projects to engage with the community and partake in cross cultural dialogue to feed their practice. F ez, some 25km away, will host its eminent Sacred Music Festival during the week of 6 – 13th of May,  a fortuitous time for music lovers and culture seekers alike.

Duration of residency – 4 weeks

Disciplines –  All disciplines are encouraged to apply, the definition of artist is broad.

Temporary individual studios spaces are rented in the old medina for artists upon request. They are simple, light and in the heart of the old town.
