Moroccan Views on Goya

10 03 2010

The Institute Cervantes (Spanish Institute) is picking up tempo with it’s new director. This mixed show of Moroccan artists has some crème de la crème personalities in the modern Moroccan art world. Don’t miss out if you wish to be informed as to what’s happening in the Maghrebi arts scene. For investors this proves to be a great place for purchasing because the Inst Cervantes can’t sell works themselves but will put you in direct contact with the artist, thus  pieces are rarely at the artist’s asking price.

On show are Malika Agueznay, Ahmed Amrani, Said Aras, Farid Belkahia, Saad Ben Cheffaj, Bilal Chrif, Hassan Echair, Rahima El Arroud, Moulay Youssef El Kahfai, Abdelkader Laraj, Meki Megara y Abdelkrim Ouazzani. On until the 9th of April.

Institute Cervantes – 5, Rue Douiat, Residence Wallii, Fez.
